Once your medical kit ships, we will send your tracking information to the email address associated with your account. You can also track your kit by following the steps below:
- Log in to your account using the Blueberry app.
- Tap “More” at the bottom right of the menu bar.
- Under “Other,” select “My Medical Kit” to view your shipment details.
Please note that this feature tracks only the initial medical kit provided with new memberships. For tracking information on additional purchased kits or assistance with a tracking link, please contact us at help@blueberrypediatrics.com with your account email 1-2 business days after placing your order.
