We're sorry to see you go! To cancel your membership, please follow the steps listed below:
1. Login to your account by visiting blueberrpediatrics.com on your phone’s browser or computer, as this process is not available through our app. Enter your login credentials to access your account.
2. If you are using your phone, tap the three stacked lines (menu) located at the top-left corner of the screen. If you are on a computer, click on “Account” at the top of the screen menu.
3. Scroll down to the “Membership Plan” box on your account page.
4. Click on “Switch Plans” within the “Membership Plan” box.
5. Click on “I want to cancel my membership.”
6. State your reason for canceling your membership when prompted and confirm your decision.
7. Make sure to click on “I want to cancel my membership” followed by “I still want to cancel” on the confirmation screen.

Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point you will no longer be charged.
