Before You Get Started:
Please note that membership plans cannot be reactivated through our app. To reactivate, please use a mobile web browser or the desktop version of our site. If you experience any issues, please contact us at help@blueberrypediatrics.com using the email address associated with your account.
To reactivate your membership plan using your mobile web browser, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account through the Blueberry Pediatrics website by clicking here.
2. Upon logging in via a browser, you’ll see a screen prompting you to download our app. To proceed with the web version, click the "X" in the top right corner of the prompt, as shown in the photo below this step.
3. Click on the three stacked lines in the top left corner of the screen.
4. Select Account > Billing Information, where you can edit your payment information.
5. Once updated, click Save to confirm the changes.
To reactivate your account using the desktop version, please follow these steps:
1. Log into your account through the Blueberry Pediatrics website by clicking here.
2. Upon logging in via the website, you’ll see a screen prompting you to download our app. To proceed with the web version, click the "X" in the top right corner of the prompt, as shown in the photo below this step.
3. From the menu bar at the top of the screen, click on Account.
4. Scroll down to the section titled Billing Information, where you can edit your subscription.
5. Once updated, click Save to confirm the changes.
