1. Check your wifi settings to ensure that your phone has been disconnected from the otoscope's wifi network.
2. If the wifi settings are correct, login to your account via the Blueberry app or website and tap "Chat."
3. After confirming your location and child, click on the "Camera" icon in the lower left corner to attach your child's ear videos.
Still not working?
If the videos fail to upload via the chat in the app or the website, email them to dr@blueberrypediatrics.com with your child's full name and DOB in the subject line. Once completed, message the doctor via the chat to alert them of your email. Failing to complete this step can cause delays in your child's care.
