1. Launch the camera application.
2. Switch to the "Video" mode within the camera app.
3. Tap on the values in the top right corner of the screen until they say HD - 30. These are the lowest resolution settings on the iPhone.
Android
1. Launch the camera application.
2. Switch to the "Video" mode within the camera app.
3. Locate the gear icon at the top-left or top-right corner of the screen to access the video quality settings.
4. Within the resolution options, select "480p" or set the rear-facing resolution to "Standard," which is the standard definition resolution. Please note these settings will vary based on your Android model.
