If your pulse ox is not working correctly, follow these steps:
- Use a fresh set of batteries.
- Ensure your finger is placed securely in the clip and on the sensor.
If the issue persists, email us at help@blueberrypediatrics.com using the email address associated with your account, and include your shipping address and a short video of the pulse ox not working while placed on your finger. We will respond with 1 hour during business hours.
