If you need to remove a duplicate child profile, please note that this process cannot be completed via the app. You will need to log in through a browser to complete the steps.
1. Log in via Browser:
Go to blueberrypediatrics.com and log in to your account.
2. Bypass App Download Prompt:
Once logged in, you may see a screen encouraging you to download the mobile app. Click the X at the top right-hand corner to continue.
3. No Visits on the Profile?
If the profile has no visits, you can remove it via the browser by following these steps:
- Select the child profile you wish to remove.
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the profile and click on Remove {Child’s Name}.
4. Visits on the Profile?
If there are visits associated with the profile, please contact our support team at help@blueberrypediatrics.com. We’ll assist in moving the visits to the correct profile before deletion.
Note: Once a profile and its visits are deleted, this action cannot be undone.
