If your otoscope isn’t charging or powering on, follow these steps to ensure proper charging:
1. Use the Manufacturer-Provided Cable Only
- The otoscope must be charged using the original cable that came with the device.
- Using third-party cables may prevent proper charging.
2. Charge for No More Than 20 Minutes
- Overcharging or using a fast-charge adapter can damage the otoscope.
- Do not leave it plugged in for extended periods.
3. Check the Charging Indicator
- If you have the blue-button model, the Blueberry logo will light up while charging.
- If you have the white-button model, the otoscope should light up orange when charging.
