Blueberry does not accept insurance as payment for membership plans. If you received an email from your insurance company providing you with a free Blueberry membership as part of their benefits and are having trouble registering, email us at help@blueberrypediatrics.com with the following information:
- Your name (as the parent or guardian)
- Your child’s name
- Your child’s date of birth
- Your child’s gender (please provide the gender listed on your child’s insurance)
- Your insurance provider’s name
- Your child’s insurance member ID
- A copy of your child’s insurance card
- If you need to start a visit for your child today, please let us know in your email. We will do our best to prioritize and escalate your request.
